**Official 3D Mark 11 scores**

Damn 680's pushing me down, grumble :(:P

I should really try the 12.7+ drivers, according to the change log offers +6% on 3dM11.

Crazy overclocking...I doubt the cards used are any good after though. The score of 17057 is incredible and over 5000 points higher than anyone here.

Yea that score is damn crazy. I think i read somewhere it was done on HIS ghz edition top end card. Its so much higher than anything else. I reckon it will be there til the next gen is released.

Slipped to 11th bro :( Mind you, the 7970's own the Heaven thread so only fair to share.

True, but heaven is much more intensive, the amount of times I've hit 22/26 and hit a crash is unreal...just when you think its going so well! I can usually judge if 3dM11 is going to crash by the second graphics test.

The 7970 now holds the world record for single card by a long way. Maybe drivers have added a lot.

Its nearly 2000 points ahead of the rest.

What surprised me most about that is not the fact its a 7970, the fact its an Asus 7970, it took an MSI overclocker (some swedish fella if my mind serves) 1.8v to get the core to 1800mhz hitting something along the lines of a 16K P score with a 7970 Lightning, custom bios, custom programmed version of AB Extreme. I'd love to know the clocks/volts he was running at, surely must have been over 1900mhz on the core.

Edit: Also his physics scores seem off, 4.7ghz scoring only 13K+, when we have 3930K's @ 4.5ghz hitting 14K+?

His physics score is very low @5.0 im getting 17K. He may be running his memory at quite a low clock that can make quite a difference.

That what i was thinking. 64Gb on a rubbish IMC may be holding him back. Personally i would have used 4x2Gb (8Gb) at highest clocks for benchmarking.
