It's a genuine error code... like a 'failed to retrieve username' type error as the last update was meant to fix it... not sure if someone's decided to have it as their name though LOL

Finally got my 599NR maxed and tuned again!! Anyone wanna give me some awesomeness in the way of gearing for it? wanna save up a fortune before I buy+tune the Zonda (wanna keep the 599 too ya see :)) so wanna make sure I win everything! :D
 
Iv maxed out my 599 now at like 1400bhp but still wont beat all the level 7 cars every time. Is it worth buying the tuning package or should i just save up for the konniseigge. Cant spell btw.
 
have now got the pennies for tuning the 599...might spend all night trying to figure something good out...at the minute its maxed out and 'm doing the red line, straight to third, 4th perfect shift with nos and win :D Rarely losing to be honest so with the tuning it should be even more fun :D

I had $2m and bought the Venom, it's rubbish

Had the 599 and sold it to upgrade the Venom and it still sucks

Now I have a bad car and no money lol :D
 
The final drive ratio is the ratio of the differential on the drive wheels, this works with the ratio of each gear to give you a smooth power band... if you move the gears up by five, move the FD up by 2.. keeps it in tune... if you just move the gears/FD and ignore the other, it'll screw up the ratios

I'm contemplating selling my 599 for the zonda... how much will I need to save up before buying to to be able to fully upgrade+tune it straight away?

My 599 will sell for 838k and I've currently got 550k cash... so after 650k for the zonda I've got 738k for upgrades...

Having never bought the zonda (got the koenigsegg last time as the zonda wasn't in the game :() I don't know the prices of the upgrades...

You'll want to save up more than 738k for upgrades easily. I would say keep your 599 and grind more cash, and more importantly respect points, in the Face to Face races. These should be very winnable with a well set up 599. Trust me, its so much easier to make money with a highly tuned not so good car than an untuned high level car.

Go for something in the region of $3m and 3000 respect points if you can, before upgrading.

How are people doing in the Pro League?

Got a Lambo doing quite nicely in level 6, hard to get below 8.95 for the 1/4 mile though. Anyone having any fine tuning tips? cheers
 
Good God! lol $3m!? That'll take a while hehe

I've got a good setup with the 599 now, I'm only losing every 15th race or so... $7500+10RP each race... not bad... prefered the lvl10 scores of 11k+15RP but it's all good lol close enough for now :D
 
I started playing last night after seeing this. Only got a 997 so far. How do you tell when your about to go up a level? I now have a level 3 car and no level 1 car and havent done the online championship bit. doh. will have to buy a level 1 and modifiy upto the best it can be tonight.
 
You level up when ur car reaches a certain expense.

I'm now at max upgrade 1600bhp with 330bhp Nos but not getting under 8.7sec 1/4 mile. Really can't figure out how to set the 599 up in tuning.

Goy my Lambo maxed at level 7 and I'm winning most Pro Leagues with times of 8.54. Get the occasional 2nd/3rd place depending on my starts. In tuning, I've closed the gear ratios so that I hit max speed in top gear as I cross the line, and I've maxed the Nitro to 2 seconds so I get a big boost with no wheel spin.
 
Anyone having problems with the latest update? I'm trying to buy the zonda but it's not saving my progress when I quit... it's saving my cash etc, but when I buy it, upgrade engine+turbo no matter what I do next, when I quit the game and go back in, my zonda's gone and cash is as it was before I bought it... (i've even raced with it to see if that helps...)

Is this just my phone hating me again? or have others faced this really annoying problem too?
