Starting tomorrow the Beta application invites are being sent out by G1 for the Closed Beta of All Points Bulletin: Reloaded. If you receive an email from G1 you will then have the chance to apply for beta; this includes form signing, dxdiag upload and a short survey about yourself.

The scheduled start date for Closed Beta is: February 28th

Originally Gamersfirst had planned for around 8-10k testers, but due to the sheer demand for access to the Beta, this may well change as over 150,000 people signed up.

There has been no clarification as to whether ex RTW players and beta testers would get priority, one can only hope so as we pretty much know the game inside out and most of the bugs will still be active when CB launches.

Closed Beta starts on US West Coast server and will be opened up to East Coast, and then a Europe server soon after. Play time is expected to be minimal at the start and will be roleld out 24/7 eventually.

The full game release is expected in May.

Good luck getting into beta, i hope to get in with my APB clan and grief enforcers some more.

I don't think I'm brave enough to attempt the beta, at least not till some positive feedback starts surfacing. I've still got a modicum of interest in the game, despite the gargantuan disaster, so fingers crossed and I'll keep my good ear to the ground.

The main problem i had with the first one was payment methods for pay per hour of certain levels of stuff etc. I likely won't use this one either as I hear its a pay for weapon deal thing.

It was mentioned in a blog that such places would be made inacessible, there are various places in both districts that give an unfair advantage to Criminals i admin (im a crim) so hopefully they are removed or changed to keep the fight fair.

Saying that i used to love climbing up the advertising board on the tall building in the Financial District and annoying Enforcers.

APB was really fun to play, im looking forward to it again(assuming it wont make it worse). For those that keep on thinking that it is awful, I understand that if u had played the game and discovered that it wasnt for you. In my opinion the majority of reviewers did not 'get' the game. Atleast now that it is going F2P, it will encourage more to try it that were initially put off by the negativity surrounding it. However there are the drawbacks of F2P model aswell.

Anyway, if your bored you may aswell check it out ;)

I got an invite and key. Might give the beta a go.

Hmm even tho i had a key i wasnt actually in the beta yet it seems i had to register at so so site and then re click the use key thing from the email and then enter key and Q&A session and then they will review it.

I didnt like how they need mobile info when i dont use a mobile phone so i just poped in what would be correct info but would have been nice to tick NA box or somit.

Not a chance am i starting this again, i stuck by it, even put money into it at release, and enjoyed it for all of about a week :( But it was so bland in context with everything else out there, i spent 80% of the time in the car and clothes editor making South Yorkshire police schemes for cars and uniforms.

hahahaah brilliant, sell game once make utter fail of it pull the servers, wait a few months sell exact same game to retards for a second time....

It's like CoD but a faster turn around.
