**Official Asus A8N-SLI Premium Thread**

Has anyone tried removing the heatsink frame's backplate on the mobo? Seems to be glued on or something? I had to do a bit of a ghetto mod to get my Zalman to fit on, because I couldn't attach the backplate they supplied...

Hey,

I don't know the difference, but the nF4 audio drivers didn't work for me, I had to use the Realtek ones!

And does the 1009.001 Beta BIOS support any extra memory dividers?

As soon as you go into the BIOS go to the 2nd tab along the top (can't remember what it's called). Then go to "Jumperfree Config" I think it's the 5th option down. The setting you want is called "DDR Voltage".

lol, it's only a bit picky when you're overclocking mate. At stock it will be more stable than a slab of granite :) rest of your spec looks great too! I'd reccomend the Enermax Noisetaker PSU line though, the 600W is a beast yet practically inaudible at the same time.

I've got one on the way. The lastest BIOS doesnt play ball with my Winny and I can't get over 298 with 1T enabled, but it goes higher if I disable 1T. Will post in the thread with my results :)
