is it possible i thought even if someone gifted you a game from usa you will still able to play at europe release date thats if you live in europe ?

but will this have unlockable achievements (ie MW/2), ie more you play and achievments you unlock you'll get weapon skins, optical scopes.

and if that does it have perks as well? is it pretty much a arcade/sim fps?
