Lock and (pre) loaded! Ready to go in hot at 12:00:00. Already positioned the mouse over the Steam icon. I have a good feeling about this :D (famous last words..)
 
Played a Conquest and Rush stage and really enjoying this. Couple of niggles, how do I spot an enemy and put it on the radar so my team know where they are? Also how can I drop items like med kits?

Overall quality MP action, haven't even started the SP, probably never will lol

Hey squirrel, you posted some screenshots earlier. You managed to accumulate loads of points, how did you do that ? I only seem to get around 1000, or 1500 if i have had a 'blinder'.

Maybe not, it was Locke. How on earth did he get like 14000 odd points.

Press Q to spot, call for ammo etc etc

You drop ammo / med kits when you're the appropiate class by holding it and pressing fire.

What is the name of this server, can't find it! I've had a great day playing through the single player, but I just want to find a decent UK hardcore server and I can't, arghhhhh!

It gets easier. This is the first game on my pc for about 3 months. Once you start to get to know the levels it gets better. Your ratio will improve..............................hopefully :p
 
Myself and a few mates have got a server going.

We are not on it yet as we dont have the game yet, but feel free to play on it.

Nope normal version.

but I thought all bought BC2 games that are bought new come with the code to download the first and second free map packs.

atleast thats what I heard and I also got an e-mail from them saying new BC2 owners are supposed to get "VIP code", I'm not going to pay for maps unless they're mega cheap, especially when the only reason I bought it was because I'd get the first 1/2 map packs free.

Just had a good squad, so lots of squad ammo replen / squad attacking and using the vehicles / choppers how they're meant to be used.

Well and of course by generally being good at FPS games hehe :p

Ok cool, its good to know none the less. I'll give it a day or two, seems like the server, website and the whole of EA will be mashed for a bit.
 
Just had a quick play online, loving it... after the MW2 rubbish, I'd almost forgot how good these games are
