*Official* Battlefield Heroes Thread

only problem i see with this game is the fact that kids can and will be playing it and will be the majority of players by far. It would be good if the game had like an account filter where you specify the age group you'd like to play with so this isn't a problem buti doubt something so simple will be added but who knows, they copied my idea about having a free game with adverts so perhaps they will do the same again.
 
Oh who cares small kids are easy to kill :D.
Most small kids use noob tactics.
Except the occasional rant ''**** you all'' as a global message they're fine to play with.

I think they can add to a game in some respects aslong as they're sensibly placed. The ads in Burnout Paradise work quite well.
 
Perhaps, as this is a free game for the masses, it will actually work like a normal functioning game.

Also, am I in a minority as I couldn't give a monkeys about advertising? Didn't make a lick of difference to me in 2142.

perhaps not minority, just quiter group, am certainlty one of those that have no problem with adverts. i do however have a problem with adverts in game with no benefit to us.
 
I personally don't like the art style too much. It looks very childish - Yet I'm a fan of TF2's art. But nevertheless, the gameplay should be great and playing a less realism-driven game is always interesting.
 
Really looking forward to this game and all the nOObs shouting about piracy killling PC gaming when it fails to sell a single copy.
