tell me about it ive come across lots of knife whores lately
you see them coming you get your shotgun out aim and shoot it appears to connect and they should die but they dont you do
it can only be down to lag....

i believe they are fully aware IWNet is vastly inferior to having dedicated servers
they were originally pc developers so they know how important they are

no matter what they say the only reason they created IWNet is to force pc users to pay for map packs nothing more

Yup, i really dunno wtf the point is of a single hit melee weapon,in past cod games you had a buttsmack that took a few hits, was annoying enough in cod 4 with dedi servers, now in mw2 ive watched the killcam and its indicated a few times that the knife that killed me was swung after id passed... this insta kill melee bs is retarded.

And i'll say this agian, how much gameplay testing was done to this game in mp mode that they thought akimbo 1887 shotguns and marathon perk wasn't overpowered? I seen one tard defending it saying, "its powerful but thats why you get it late in the ranks" ...right so you get it later after getting experience at the game and learning the maps just to make it easier to kill people? Im sure people new to the game love that philosophy...
 
Whoa major knife hack going on, this guy got 30 knife kills, he would run through four of us at a time all spaced out without been hit and cutting us all.
I nailed his ass a few times, but his speed and the way he weaved between all of us and fragging everyone was nothing short od a cartooon clip totally unreal. His name was shh...

hmm ive seen players do similar things not sure if its hack tho

could be but then it could be lag too

either way its annoying as hell

all I've come across is a laggy knife slasher annoying a lot of people

No, you need to get better at aiming. I do it when I'm bored and the one and only trick is to straffe around the person trying to aim at you. If you can aim fast and towards the top of the chest, you'll take them down before they can stab you. Alternatively, get your timing right and you can stab them first.

The shotgun guys are way worse than the knife guys. With the knife guys, you have a chance. With the shotgun guys, they kill you instantly from an amazing distance.
 
It must have been a hack of somesort. If I missed him fair do's but not the other 3 guys playing?
Anyone who would join a server with the name "shh..." has to be a hacker:eek:
I hope you get to play with the dude real soon then you'll understand.:D by then he would have changed his name to something else by then.

He was most likely using the care package marker. Combined with any SMG, Lightweight and Marathon, it gives you mad boosties.

The funny thing is you don't actually knife people when you have it out, instead you "shove" them out of the way. Check the killcam, it's funny to watch.
 
Getting really ****ed off with the lag

I tend to watch the kill cams and they get me even more worked up.. on my screen before I died I sprinted behind a wall. On the killcam I got blown away before I even reached the wall. It doesn't necessarily matter if you react faster than the other guy.. it seems largely down to ping and if your hits register.

I'm close to rank 70 and I feel compelled to get there but I doubt I'll bother playing it after that.. it just winds me up!

No hack, its just the 'Witch' build.

Primary: Sniper (for Camo)

Second: Pistol + Tac Knife

Perk1: Marathon Pro
Perk2: Lightweight Pro
Perk3: Commando Pro

Its very easy to just go charging around, flank behind the enemy team and knife them all.

I've had several 11+ kill streaks from using that build, works better on some maps than others (for example it doesn't work very well on open maps like Wasteland as you get picked off from miles away).

rofl yep tbh its the funniest way to play - after 5 or 6 kills in a row i begin to giggle like a schoolgirl
