****Official Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 thread****

Surprised at just how few pages there are up about this....

Saying that, MW3 I'm really looking forward to. After purchasing BF3 the other day, the Multi-player has left me underwhelmed. MW2 still has my favourite ever Multi for an FPS (begin the abuse - I don't care I just prefer it). I reckon I'll grab this :)

its because theres numerous threads on here and they arnt getting merged even though people have asked for them to be :(.

think theres like 3 official threads :D

Still nothing "solid" though, this is quoted from a Gameservers Admin on their forum...

After careful consideration and processing the information regarding the upcoming dedicated server for MW3 that we are able to obtain, we will open up our pre-orders for MW3 unranked dedicated servers at some point today/tonight.

Keep in mind, although we are opening pre-orders, we will have wording on the pre-order page that there is still a chance that the hosted unranked dedicated server will not run properly within a GSP. While we will make every attempt to ensure that the title can be properly integrated with our systems, if it should fall short of this, we will issue refunds and/or credits for those that have pre-ordered.

How come the COD games never drop in price on steam?

I got COD4 in a sale but there's been literally nothing since. I'd like to actually play BLOPS, but not for £35 :/

There was a cod sale on the first of september, every game had 50% off and black ops had a free weekend.
 
I **** COD all the time but i haven't actually played it properly since COD4, i bought Black Ops and forgot about it 2 days later as it was ****.

I love BF but also finding myself loving the run and gun type maps such as Metro. MW3 looks like an arcade game but any of you reckon i'd enjoy it?

Well it depends if you liked cod4, and if you've tried mw2. It's nothing like Black ops from what I have seen and I've seen a lot :P I'd just get it tbh, should be fun :) I'll get my moneys worth in the first 2weeks nevermind the year.
 
I know my copy has been posted. So i should get it in time. Gona stop playing BF3, just needs a patch. till then gona be bashing this game. :)
