It can be can't it? As Lewis was behind at the detection zone they can use the DRS all through the DRS Zone even if they have passed, or are lapping another car. You would have seen this a lot at Canada when they were over taking before the chicane and they got a second boost in the 2nd DRS zone even when they were past the other car.

That all seemed fine to me as Lewis AI closed the flap under braking and turning in then opened it while exiting the chicane? Quite hard to see from the video :p

EDIT Not sure what they have set the DRS Zone as (maybe just after the chicane or last corner) as they did say they weren't going to be a 100% the same as the FIA due to it not working in the game and the FIA not knowing themselves.
 
The Nurburgring DRS zone ends before going into that chicane IIRC, up to there it's correct in the video.
Unless it's an option in-game (or somehow this video is of qualifying/practice - doubtful) then it seems to be wrong how it opens mid-chicane.
