*** Official Dota 2 Thread ***

Cheers for the game this morning. I was silent because I was having problems figuring out why my ping was 600+ms on a fiber connection. That's some serious lag lol. Turns out my PC was doing a backup to my server. Also didn't help that I seemed to have picked a hero I have never used before.
 
Had some great games this week.

Made some remarkable newbie moves (to be expected I guess!), my favourite being placing a sentry ward directly under my tower (sorry Purdy/Murray!).

There is a lot to take in during the fights, particularly when every hero is pretty much new to me and everything going on!

I will get there! Just hope everyone can keep their patience :P
 
Just started playing this a few days ago, and I must admit its very addictive! Its really a good game, I'm a newbie but I'm loving every second of it! Gornall, Aedus, feel free to add my steam and we will get a few games going if you want? Teamspeak or anything?

That second game dk played really well, burning was all over the place the whole game was impressive and bulldogs missclick :(

That game was amazing, no idea how navi pulled that off.

The hall was completely packed for that, I think it's safe to say that Navi will become a USA team again today :)

Got some nice autographs of casters and players. In game and out :)

The two voice actors there today you ask? None other than John Patrick Lowrie (pudge, sniper from tf2 etc) and Glados herself, Ellen McLain. I imagine the queue will quite long. :D
