*** Official FIFA 11 Thread ***

Anyway time for a change for me, going back to the EPL. Bored of La Liga and I find there are a lot more options in the EPL. Selling everyone apart from Young and Ronaldo
 
Is Ronaldo actually yours then? Thought Ansky lent him to you?

Tempted to do something similar, trying 4-3-2-1 right now, but seems to be pretty much 4-1-2-1-2 with cheaper player cards and midfielders that don't drop back as far..lineup is currently:

Casillas
Sergio Ramos, Pique (Goalscoring beast! RAWRR!), IF Lobo, IF Monreal
navas, kaka, reyes
*insert ronaldo's replacement here* (Possibly cavani/frlan for now)* Silva
Villa

Thinking of bringing in Alves for Ramos, Ramos over Lopo, then the option is, try a 2nd team...or buy Messi to play RF.

Ronaldo is mine, I just owe Anksy but he is like the Man City of UT so coins is nothing to him :D

IF Hernansez and IF Ba/Jones I'd like to see. I don't like the strikers in la Liga, I find the EPL one's so much better and there is such a vast choice of different styles of them

The only La Liga ones tehre I don't have are Abidal and Adebayor, neither of which would really do much for me. Cheers though :)

Edit: I don't have Xavi, but no way I could afford him as I've only got about 5k coins now :D

My only problem with the best La Liga strikers is a lack of real height up top. Benzema is 6'0" but it's not really enough against most defenders, and if I can't play my way through the middle I tend to start getting it wide and getting crosses in. I still score a lot of headers with the little guys, but if I had someone like IF Jones or Drogba I imagine I could score tons of goals from the wings.

Hmm, I needs to have me a word with Anksy I think ;)

Wow, Hernandez's price has shot up, I mentioned him because about 2 weeks ago he was about 280k, which seemed pretty ok, but the 450+ now, nowai..

Any recommendations on what you'd go for w. my EPL players I have already + money to burn Andrew?

Oh and how much for Xavi if you are thinking of offloading him? :D

I was gonna suggest Higuain, but apparently he's only 6 foot, too. I score loads of headers with him though.

Already got him, he and Benzema make up my "tall" front line. I'm actually considering picking up someone like Fernando Llorente who's 6'4" and really good in the air, or maybe Adebayor, and sticking them on the bench if I feel I need some height. They're both a bit slow for me though, I usually prefer much more mobile strikers.

Fllorente is a good player tbh. I like him.
 
thinking about selling my Premier League side, to fund the Inter players I want...

Anyone after RVP? Malouda? Arshavin? Young? Modric? Nani?

edit: I need to make 5k in the next hour. Anyone want any of those players above?

Saw some threads on IF Hernandez over at the fifa forums and I think they cottoned onto the fact that he has some insane in game finishing stat so the demand for him has shot up.
