2 best cdm's in the league can be had for less than 1.5K, lassana diarra and sevilla CDM i think. defenders are cheap too for semi decent ones, pepe and raul albiol. plenty of LB's and RB's to choose from.
the expensive part is CAM's and ST's. but im sure you could get someone cheap to start off with.
i was thinkin of this team which is a liga bbva team with 2 serie A players

Menez --------- Aguero
Diarra ------- Sevilla CDM
Menez would like well with diarra and cavani, cavani links well with forlan and menez, forlan likns well with cavani and aguero. dont know who the back line would be but most likely a combo of real madrid and barcelona with a lot of decent keepers to choose from.

Maybe try a country? or a mix using 4-4-1-1 and 2 leagues?
Any Serie A players, looking to get IF Hamsik in, really need his speed and shooting to help me out in the current formation, his none IF seemed to perform equally well and more compared to IF Hernanes and IF Pastore, which to bin for him?
Tempted to drop IF Motta for IF Cambiasso. not sure though, lose some defence get better speed and a more rounded feeling player...hmmm...

better CB's, then save up for david silva, dont know thta many spanish players who are good and cheap, raul albiol is probably a must buy as soon as.

Good game though, nice consolation you scored too I can't remember the scorer, might have been Eto'o but it was a nice curler.
Just played a very good 85 rated team.
Smashed him 6-2 and had a penalty saved.
Fabiano and Soldado tore Terry and Vidic apart. Ozil against Evra was laughable as well. He must have got the squad via scamming or spending a lot of money because he couldnt defend at all. Attacking he wasnt great and it was only because Valdes made 2 errors that he scored.
Overall. LOVING this La Liga team so far

Then you'll dislike it in a few games No need at all for Stankovic right now, playing 4-3-1-2 so 3 CM's, an I play IF Thiago Motta in the middle who outdoes Stankovic in everything he needs to right there, I want pacier attacking people on the outside CM's, playing Hamsik & Hernanes for now, will bring Pastore on midway through some matches to see who works best for me, and the other....will get fired!

I was happy with the consolation goal, but that annoying git coupled with the at times, 9 defenders harassing my fragile top 3!!
