Did all 5 94+ futties last night and best pull was Rashford. I still haven't even see Yaya yet :cry:

Keep coming up against people with FUTTIES CR7, Messi, Mbappe and Neymar in their team.

Are you doing the daily login SBC? That gets you pretty good rewards from both the SBC and the objectives. Grind that and then put the fodder into the 85x10 - once you’ve done one you can rinse and repeat pretty easily, even if you keep the good players you get here and there

What's the daily sbc?

Does the fodder normally add up.to team rating of 85 though?

“Pre-Season Daily Login Upgrade” - one bronze player for an 83 double pack, and you get some good packs back from the objective for it

It also gives you xp which will get you more packs from the season progress

Honestly it’s so easy to get fodder right now to make any squad - I’d also recommend doing the daily bronze/silver/gold upgrades as these help with the repeatable 85x10

That said the game is dead, and will literally be dropped by EA (no more content) in about 9 or 10 days - so you’re probably better off saving your energy! Unless you want to make a half decent team to play with if you’re not getting EAFC 24

I got Futties yaya on pc and futties neymar on ps5 sighs

Yesterday I did 5 and literally got 20 duplicates, I'm not exaggerating, all 20 were dupes. And it's not like I own all the sub-99 futties cards yet either.

This Futties Cup is the hardest cup I've played in months. I've won 1 out of 18 matches the past 3 days. I don't think I've failed to get full cup rewards since TOTS, maybe once max, but I'm stuck on 9 wins. It's really bizarre, I would've thought the best players would have stopped playing it already after hitting the 15 wins target.
Obviously in those losses there's a bunch of single goal losses, penalties losses etc, but probably a good 40% where I've just been outclassed and down multiple goals at HT. Just don't understand why it's so much harder than all the other cups we've had in recent months, maybe they are testing different matchmaking ahead of the new game or something?

First game in a couple of weeks and it's really making me wonder whether I should cancel my pre-order for the new one!

All I wanted to do was complete a couple of absolutely simple objectives so had a quick SB game on semi-pro - absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!

The team was around 85 rated with poor chem and I literally couldn't string 2 passes together with my 95+ rated team - and when I did get through their keeper was like prime ******* Van Der Sar!!!!! :mad:

What should have been a chilled 15-0 victory ended up being perhaps the most frustrating game I've ever had!
 
I tried to do my first 85x10 but it needs 1 totw or tots player and atleast 88 total

So then I did the totw pack to get 1 totw player and have to somehow get a t9tal of 88 rating

On the switch the pre season crafting is giving a full gold squad only for 3, 80 plus gold players

Just play a few games to get the packs, you’ll get a high rated TOTS pretty easily. Are you doing the daily login SBC?

Yeah I wouldn’t recommend that one, especially after the first 10 to get Jordi Alba

It's fascinating to see the diverse experiences everyone's having with FIFA 23, especially with the FUTTIES and the challenges of building the perfect team. I've been grinding on another game and using "wow boost" services to level up, but FIFA's unpredictability and the thrill of pack openings keep drawing me back. I agree with the sentiment about the game nearing its end cycle, but it's these discussions and shared experiences that make the community so engaging. Looking forward to what EA has in store for us in the next edition!
