I know theres a couple of youngens like myself on here, though id make a thread to keep things tidy.

What are you taking, what are you predicted ect. ect.?

Maths non-calc tomoz then!

Whos going to fail, i know ill only be able to scrape a C.
 
Same for me tommorrow, predicted A*, have a horrid feeling it's gonna be a paper full of questions I can't do though hah.
 
Back in my day, exams were actually hard! We had to do REAL work to prepare. You young 'uns don't know how easy you have it....blah blah...yadda yadda. :p

Been there done that, nothing more to offer to the thread but "Good Luck". :D
 
Overall expected grades for me realistically are.


Already got:
A* English Lang
A* Science 1
A* ICT
A French

Should get:
A* Maths
A Geography
A Science 2
A* English Lit
A Citizenship Half
B Religion Half
C/B Spanish


A Computing AS Level

Ive havnt done nearly enough revision, predicted a range of A*'s-C's. Except for an F in short course RE, but i havnt done any work all year, and in the exam, for the "pacifist question" i wrote about teenage mutant ninja turtles so...

Probably why you're doing so poorly, you know you arn't prepared yet you still go into these exams then you write about teenage mutant ninja turtles without even attempting the question to possibly pick up -some- marks? :rolleyes:
 
I can never motivate myself to revise either, it's going to bite me in the ass one day...
 
I didnt revise at all for my GCSE's..haha.

Came out with 2 A's, 7B's and 2C's not too shabby!

GCSE's are pish now.

I did write an awful awful awnser to start with, but had a spare 20 minutes so thought, why not.
 
i'm predicted A's To C's

have to do a half gcse in RE which im not to bothered about.

All my ICT work is coursework.

yeah i had to do a half gsce in RE and citizenship. - We dont have citizenship so our school decided to take 1 and 2/3rd of a day to teach us everything about citizenship. Every one ended up knowing nothing more....
 
Good luck, though, to be honest, GCSEs aren't that big a deal if you go on to sixth form or college or some other kind of higher education and get decent grades there. Don't sweat it and just try your best!

Not sure how it is these days but my school wouldn't have you for sixth form if your GCSE grades weren't up to snuff. Only other option was College or leave education.
