I wish there was m8, i just use Weapons camera when im trying to spot sumone on the ground, gives ya a nice little zoom, i set it to 0 on numpad and just give it a tap when im struggling to see sumone.
 
Currently at 99.8% completion on the single player. Guess which pile of **** mini game I have to complete to get 100%.

Nuclear waste I did first for the money so I could get more money from assassinations. I just sat back and listened to Spotify whilst following the beeps. Honestly it was just relaxing and there is some cool stuff down there.

Paper pieces I just followed a guide and flew the buzzard around. Quite like exploring in the buzzard.

I'm stuck on what frankly shouldn't even be called a mini game. In my opinion it shouldn't exist in game or out. I never want to play it, I never want to watch it and when people talk about it I just leave.

I hate everything about it.

Hahah!!! I quite enjoyed the golf :P

The one I hated was watching tv as mine glitched and wouldnt say I had done it until I watched 20 minutes real time of tv lol
 
Finally finished the golf. Followed a hole by hole guide on youtube and finished 3 under par.

I then mercilessly slaughtered everyone on the course.
 
True that. Quickly got to a 5 star wanted level and somehow managed to escape in an FIB truck. Train tunnels are so OP when evading police.
 
Do you guys use keyboard and mouse for this? I'm finding my xbox controller really lumpy to use. Although I wonder if that's due to my laptop struggling to play it? It's odd however as I've got the game turned right down so it looks like absolute dog **** but I'm still not getting very good fps.

Wolfenstein however looks awesome and runs really well? Anything I'm doing wrong?

Wondering about just getting a refund from steam...
 
It's an i7 4700MQ @2.4ghz with a 2GB GTX 765m, no idea if that's good enough to run it properly, will check some benchmarks and try using a keyboard and mouse.

Is it a good port? Saints row feels more like gta than gta at the moment!

Get MSI afterburner and install the stat server with it so you can have an overlay of stats like:

FPS
Max RAM load
Max CPU usage
Max VRAN usage

So you can determine if something is hitting its limit.

Aside from that the game is extremely well made and runs fantastic on a lot of hardware but there has always been an issue with vsync which is easy to correct.

Basically the best way to set this up is to have the following setup:
Vsync in game - off
Vsync in NVidia control panel - adaptive

This removes the stuttering a lot of people get.

For example, I run 1440p with the above vsync setup and its perfect and locks 60fps all the time. If I turn vsync off it stays about 90fps.

But if I turn vsync On in game - I get issues with stuttering and FPS drops randomly even though my PC can clearly obtain 60 and above constantly.

Its something to do with the game engine.

But try the first suggestion and reply back with results, or even better, turn every graphic setting off and just do the vsync option and let us know. :)

I will be online soon for some double RP fun although my beautiful steelseries mouse died on me this morning so Im back to a cheap POS!! Not happy but just put an RMA ticket into steelseries, its only 4 months old.

The port is excellent, i have an old dell laptop with a i7 sandy and the built in rubbish graphics nvidia card, it runs at very low fps but still runs fairly smooth and playable.

The gamepad does feel a bit lumpy to me also, i dont mind using it for cruising around in the car but for flying and shooting it isnt responsive enough for me, i guess its because the controls are analog so ya have to push them a lot further, where as with keyboard its instantly fully on or off.

The only reason i would use the control pad is cause its wireless i can sit back on my sofa and play games on the TV, but i wouldnt bother using it at the desk.

Careful, the hackers are on form tonight, theyre not mucking around with blowing me up or killing me, theyre just going straight for the load ped crash.

Cba even logging back in as thats 2 servers in a row its happened. Theyre not even using imagination on the ped they load, just hundreds of clones of me.

I might not be able to kill them in godmode, but i found out i can knock them flying acorss the map with the tip of my wing :D they dont seem to find it as funny as i do though.
