Thanks for giving us the info, it's nice to be kept roughly up to speed with what's happening.

Nobody will believe me when I say I genuinely do not know the exact cause of all the outages but it is the truth.

Once we have it sorted and made it so it cannot happen again we will post up explaining all no doubt.

We have done in the past with server upgrades etc.

Forums are down for me in Firefox, but works OK in safari. Very strange..

This is totally unrelated but I just thought I'd say the main reason I shop here is because the website is so well designed, every competitors site looks like its crudely put together in a few minutes and is a barely disguised database program.

I think it helps that the people who use our site day in day out at work also have to navigate it and use it for work.

Still many more things we are working on to make it better, it continually evolves with time.

It sure as hell is. When there are many facing issues with accessing the forums on different browsers. I'm not sure why that is exactly.

Maybe its a DNS issue? Or something specific to certain ISPs.

Have people cleared their local cache's? Has to be something to do with that. It works flawlessly here on all browsers on all machines.

Excellent, that doesn't make it any less of a fact that me and many others are having provlems with different browsers, can't just be coincidence.
