Does steam keep 'stalling' when downloading games? I get about 5 seconds of download (at 0-1500kbps) and then it stops downloading for 20 seconds, when it gives me another 5 second go...

Anyone else getting low download speeds from Steam?

For the past two days I've been getting 300k/second whereas switching to an origin Download its 7.5 MB/s
