Does steam keep 'stalling' when downloading games? I get about 5 seconds of download (at 0-1500kbps) and then it stops downloading for 20 seconds, when it gives me another 5 second go...
Have had this for the past 3-4 hours. Was trying to download Fallout:NV, switched to various servers and it didn't help what so ever.
Had this yesterday. My servers are in Asia though.
