Too pricey IMHO but I've come to expect it anyway. If I had an iMac / MacPro and looking for a ultra portable, it'll be nice (but only if I have a fat wallet).

I don't quite get it. A thinner Macbook with lower spec, no DVD drive and twice the price.

Looks nice, apart from the black keyboard. Won't be buying one as its not as powerful as my current MacBook and portability is not a big issue to me.

It's only thin, in the other two dimensions it's pretty large. Hope you like that fat screen border.

It's like someone got the original iBook and sat on it a bit harder.

It's tough, I'd kind of like to replace my current windows ultraportable and I have a portability issue with my macbook pro (original revision, 2.16Ghz). Thing is I could put together a 2.2Ghz, 4GB RAM macbook for less than the money they want and it'd be pretty portable.

It's a tough call, I think it'll appeal most ot those who have imacs or mac pros, it's the obvious companion for those systems.
