He is so small, especially when you realise the GT4 is tiny in height.

Stupid seats with no height adjustment. I mean, come on, even my car has height adjustment!

On another note, that Celica is exactly grin factor 12.

I tested out your lag theory today, full boost at 3330rpm.

What did you do, change gear at 4k rpm?

haha, no way, I didn't wimp out

It wasn't really noticeable when working through the gears, more-so when in gear and you planted your foot...felt like it took forever to spool. You have to remember though, I am coming from a tiny little T25 which has spools almost instantly.

True, it can seem like it take a while to spool if you catch it off. However if you are pressing on to 6500+ then it drops back straight into boost, you have to think ahead a little to keep it in the right gear/revs to make maximum progress. It will be interesting to see the dyno printout to see the torque curve as it seems a lot smoother to me than before.

Main thing is that you enjoyed it.

Darryn is getting at least 15 abusive e-mails every day. Somebody is circulating the video and his e-mail address and inviting people to abuse him via e-mail.

Considering none of the threads ive seen on other forums have any idea what MM8 or OcUK is (which was the only tags or descriptions on the video) the troublemaker is somebody on here spreading it about.

Shame really that we turn on our own....

Shocking, I only mentioned it as my friend had said that he had seen the video on there.

While that video was taken of us driving up and down the moors darryn had gone home as he didnt want to invoke bad memories or jokes from last year. Darryn only drove from the restaurant to the pub to socialize and went home.

I feel sorry for Daryn, he had a tough choice to make and still turned up and had a laugh and a crack, even when the last meet was brought up. I am not going to preach and say he learned his lesson, as that sounds condescending and facetious, he had a moment and took from it what he did.

Whoever it was spreading the "word" probably thinks that we will roll over and not hold any meets for fear of future actions or consequences. However Mr "Dodgey overtake" you are more than welcome to come and share your views with us.
