**OFFICIAL NZXT Switch 810 THREAD** *DROOOOLS*

looks awesome apart from that there are clips and a little too much tubing, but overall it's awesome

Yeah I agree. I would have liked to have changed to a white version cpu block and bought all nice compression fittings as well, then I wouldn't of had to use jubilee clips on just straight barbs. I had to do this on a tight budget ,was basically just a case swap and new fan controller and a couple of fans, but it looks a lot better than me old case so I'm happy.

Love the case - the fluid was supposed to be white by the way  had an incident with some red dye hiding in the pump. More pics in the link to my build log in sig

yup can fit 360 in the top, you should have a look at some reviews on youtube you will not be disappointed

Is that your system vonex?

Going by the pictures, it seems to fall in with me requirement as i have 1x dual bay res, 1 fan controller and an optical drive to fit in the front. I was worried that the front portion of the rad would compromise this.

Now only to decide.. gun metal or white ?? :)

it will be fine as long as your fan controller is not full optical drive size, you will have to put the fan controller or bay res(might be a squeeze) in the top 5.25" bay as the 360 rad does intrude in to it abit(7cmish)

I have had the 810 for about a month and have not got much to say against it, this is what I ended up with (bad picture quality).

This was my first go at water cooling and the case was brilliant, lots of room unlike a lot of cases I have used and really well put together. It is the little things like having the motherboard strut holes stamped so you know exactly which ones to use. Only fault is that the doors on the side do not touch the floor, and they slide off the metal recess very easily and especially on the wire side when it is a tight fit you need to apply a lot of pressure to get the door on, and it is always slipping off. It is such a tiny problem, the case is otherwise brilliant.

Yeah, the doors have the thumb screws, the middle one can be slid down slightly to release the door assuming the outer two have been removed. It defiantly helps but the main problem is to actually put the door back on you first need to push the front end onto a round metal strut at the font of the case, I think because of the powder coating it is VERY tight fit (to the point then I first took the door off I was worried I was missing a catch and was about to rip the case apart, and to get it back on the first time involved a rubber mallet). It gets better with time as the paint, at least on my case, has worn down on the inside but is still tight, and it is when trying to get this front section on it tends to fall out.
