Turns out our school gym has been closed for this weekand afterwards I'm on easter holiday for 3 weeks so wont to be able to do the 1.5xBW or 2xBW. My 1x BW is being uploaded now, I really didn't pace myself well on it, I'll do a much better one some time next week i think

I have roughly a 1.5 inch thick piece of wood either side under the plates to make it easier to whack the plates on and off, is this alowed? Or would you guys prefer I take it straight off the deck? I'm all for chalk and straps. I'll start this when I get my laptop replaced so I can post up a YouTube video as I only have my phone to post from!

I haven't got a problem providing you were also stood on a peice of wood or some kind of platform so as to even it out. If that makes sense.
