could anyone help me find my friends build, hes in america at the moment and cant get on minecraft, we wanna build near eachother and his build aint on public, can an admin help?

could you store everything in LOTS of enderchests? or perhaps teleport pipes if they are enabled connected to several crystal chests if you have tekkit 3 (you may need some relay stations with chunk loaders for this, i'm not sure what the maximum length of a teleport pipe connection is)
 
Taking a break..

Not going to be on much on, I am totally disheartened with the game at the moment, Have so many issues I just dont have the time to try and deal with it all, I come on to relax & enjoy the game and all im getting is stressed out.

Game keeps crashing back to desktop, untold java errors, sound issues, my account skins keeps changing for some reason, the lag at times is unbelivable, I appercate FT & admins try to get the best, but i'd have the old server back anytime i never had any issues like this.

Admins - there are shared chests with hunter, the only one i actually own is my dim prize chest.
 
There's an area where I can see all the tunnels and stairs made. Don't know if it's just me or anybody else can see it.

I suspect we are in a minority but this is how I feel also, preferred the old server without mods, and the normal way of starting minecraft, i.e. without it crashing/hanging/giving up
 
Not having to use the Technic launcher is a high priority for us right now. May help a little though I appreciate that it doesn't cover all your issues.

The server was pretty much dead before we relaunched it with mods so I doubt we'll go back to how it was. I may look at running an additional vanilla server sometime but can't promise anything.
 
No worries, I don't expect anyone to jump through hurdles on my account or anyone elses. I'd rather you spent your energies getting the game right for the majority rather than going out of your way for casual types like me, i.e. extra servers etc, was probably just expressing a general feeling about the way the game is changing.

I can understand where you're coming from. Tbh I didn't really take your last post as "omg, sort this out for me", which is why I tried to be helpful :p It's a shame that the old world plan didn't work as originally intended as I really wanted to try and cater for those that wanted as close to a vanilla experience as possible.
