i have a problem i can get onto the server but i appear on a bed and then the game crashes how do i move where i spawn in or can an admin do it for me

oh and im spawn_Uk btw

I was thinking that I might build a lava bucket generator that puts the lava buckets in an Ender Chest in the Nether so that I can then build a Geothermal Plant by my top world house.

Is that okay, rule wise? Are we allowed to build in the Nether?

Tefal built a fantastic setup like you describe on the Unofficial server that worked really well, his was so ridiculously huge he drained a massive section of the nether lava lakes. The limitation that will prevent this on this server will be no world anchors, as you need to keep both locations active on the server for it to function.

Isn't there some sort of renewable system you could use? Like compressed plant batteries or something.
 
Poodmund how would it work in the nether without anything keeping the chunk alive? Nobody is allowed world anchors, so unless an enderchest works in the same way you'd struggle.

Solars not work in height? Not aware of a height limit but I'm guessing there is (might mess up my plans too!)
 
Loads of graphic bugs tonight, as shown below. Also when i open my inventory I sometimes cant see any of my items. Proving quite difficult to build my reactor at the minute xD

you could always make something similar to direwolf's watermill setup. fill a deployer with buckets, point it towards an infinite water source, have a filter remove full buckets into a tube network connected to loads of water mills, then have a retriever pulling out empty buckets. (with a batbox and a solar panel or two to power it)
 
Need to do some mining tonight to get me some Copper and Tin for my HV Solar array. Trying to calculate how much I need just for 1. :(

if you ever had EE enabled on the server then you could get millions of the damned things. they worked out to about 48 dark matter a piece, and one solar flower could make that in a day, with large milk farms or dark rooms being even quicker than that

you could also go the frame powered tunnel bore method. if you get a 16x16 tunnel bore head made from block breakers at the bottom of the world all you need is a bit of redpower to get it to move forward and take into account falling blocks and you'll get way more stuff than you could cope with

the third method, which is far more likely to be okayed by the server owner, is to constantly put all excess power into the mass fabricator and use the UU matter to make more solar panels, with forestry farms providing wood and rubber. if you keep adding those solar panels to the mass fab you get more solar panels exponentially
