Has anyone had any issues with scratches on the window panel?

I was given one of the white/black cases for Christmas, and returned it because there were loads of scratches. I've just received a replacement and it has the same problem.

Is this common?

Hi there,

This is in fact protective film. Both sides have protective film. The pink film indicates the side of the plastic that will be outwards facing. This is a protective film to further harden the plastic and prevent scratching.

This information can be found in the 'important info' part of the welcome letter.

Don't stress too much; you are not the first. We have due to this since added a label to the film reading 'please remove me' :)

Be sure to post your Parvum in here when you are done building!

How does someone NOT know this, unless they've ordered a pink panel??! If not, surely THAT would be the first complaint!

We've actually had it a lot more than you'd expect. Including complaints about it being a pink panel. I think the mistake is made because the film is stuck down SUPER well to the 3mm.

We did originally remove it but then of course you are far more susceptible to scratching in transit.
