I can just uninstall the beta client now right, as there will be a new client for the game?
When will this game actually be available for play in the UK? I know its out on the 20th but is it midnight UK time, or the equivalent of midnight US time?

10am PST which is 6PM UK time, on Tuesday. It'll unlock on Steam same time as it's available from the Planetside 2 website.

Sub gets you into a priority queue for members, gives XP boosts and dishes out a bit of station cash each month.
I'm going to see how the queues are come Tuesday - if I find myself in one I'll be subbing

Seems to be where most of the oldschool TR outfits are heading from what I'm hearing on the outcasters forum.
If your planning on subbing for a while the 6 month plan seems to be a good choice. The bonuses to XP, Resource and Cert gain go up each month of subscription untill it caps at 50% after 6 months. If you pre pay 6 months you get the full 6 month 50% bonus from day 1.
So im going to remove all the beta content tonight and download the game via steam - what I want to know is....
When can you start to pre-load the game?
Will you just log into PS2 on steam using the station IDs? I have a reserved username and points I paid for?

If the preload isnt up by now I cant see there being one.I suppose its quite a smart way of staggering the day one login rush.
But it causes issues when people need to download it...so many at one time, you would think a pre-load would be used.

I only have 75mb download, its going to take me at least 15 mins to download
as far as i know there is no preload, but you can probably use some files of the beta
There is no preload, but the Devs have already warned about using any Beta files that they will probably cause issues.
As much as it's a ballache to download the client again it'll side-step some potential issues with hacking some beta files into the release client.
