The scythe does sound awesome Can't wait to hear a platoon full of them go streaking across the sky like a scene from Battlestar Galactica

Saying that the reaver looks like it'll be an air to ground beast! Slap a few armor mods on and some rocket pods and you'll be decimating armour columns in no time.
Especially at the start when there will be no coordination and you'll have people spawning tanks, not waiting for gunner, without air cover or AA infantry support A reavers dream!

From what i saw on higbys steam the reaver can have clusterbombs as its main! i got far too excited when i saw that.

I'm sure there'll be something. but tbh I'd say we shouldn't form a clan, at least till near the end of Beta so everyone can see/read about the three factions, then we can vote?

I really hope we don't see us in Europe getting shafted, that would really suck. I know John Smedley said that the Tech test is for North America only.

Just watched that video, loosk great!

I love the sounds, they are beefy, visceral sounds rather than weedy pew pew (unless you're VS )

I like how some of the bug bears are already fixed, like the huge base capture notifications that take up the entire screen! Apparently Higby tweeted they annoyed the hell out of him and it's fixed in the latest build.

Did not know that and watching it bugged the hell out of me, thought what a pain if u in a close fight and that pops up on the screen.

We will be running a Outfit in this game, we have loads of people from here in the guild, so hopefully they will stay with us for PS2.

No as a guild we being going a lot longer than I have being on this site, we started picking up Ocukers from here in swtor, and went on to have more in our guild than the rest combined, and bar one person, they were a damn good bunch to have in, worked very well as you can see from our PvP vids in swtor

We had a poll run for over a month to choose faction:

New Conglomerate Votes: 32 | 45.71%

Terran Republic Votes: 16 | 22.86%

Vanu Sovereignty Votes: 22 | 31.43%

So now TR & the VS are scum to be killed on sight

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to make several characters and join each faction

thank god for that, I have a feeling I'll be either NC or TR but VS looks good as I like the "floaty" type vehicles.

At least in beta you will anyway, i think they said they may limit people from creating multiple characters on the same server but not sure if i am imagining that.

Probably try TR and NC, but most likely be TR, the cycler was my fav weapon from PS1 and it looks solid in PS2, 60 round magazine before any mods should be good for close combat I believe it is.

Not sure this is a game that you could really end up hating any faction, well except maybe TR (thats just cause they dodgy little wannabe controllers )

Pretty sure what ever faction people join they will fine with, I do think because the VS are so much more flashier they will attract erm .. the younger crowd

The TR are the best faction by a long way, proven by us winning practically every event over the past month (rabbit, wild west, planetside day and old oshur). The nc and vs simply are not as organised or have the leaders to compete with us. Want to see how we play? Send me a /t ingame (JeffBeefjaw) and platoon up with BRTD and you will understand why we win everything.

TR have won every event as of late, that's pretty conclusive that the TR are the best.
