They've FINALLY fixed the warpgate idling! Some of that stuff sounds awesome, I want to get my hands on the good ol' jackhammer again and clear out bases with it.
 
Quite a few new bugs in this update such as enemies only appearing once they are about 5m in front of you, not fun when it is a max.. also spawning with a strange view kind like you are looking out of the side of your helmet, really strange..

That started at about 300m beta forums were like 'what the hell, people on hills in the overlooking this base are invisible'...
they say it's being looked at, next patch it's at 150m then beta forums were like 'what the hell, people in the road next to this base are invisible'...

My tip: stop asking for this to be fixed, they decrease the distance every time ^^

But it's an optimization their end, fight 10v10 in some far off base and you will see them coming down the hills from miles away, fight 100v100 in some main base and people will be appearing in your face at the last second. One of the biggest issues with this game right now, makes defending bases very difficult in larger fights when their footzerg is able to just walk right in without anyone being able to see them :(

unless fixed zerg will be common.

All I've heard from the devs was Higby a week or so ago saying they're looking to improve it. But it's always going to happen, it's just a necessary optimization to have large fights... just a case of how smart they make it.
