Nearly got 1000 creds :D

What do you think I should get? I already have the A2A missile.

What’s the NC gun with the grenade launcher?

SAVE IT! i presume youre talking about certs. Put a fiver into station cash on the 21st and it will get you 1500 SC, you can buy two of whatever. Use the Certs to add on all the bells and whistles, like forward grips, sights, compensators, extended mags etc.

:eek:

Good advice thanks

Every night our vent channel seems to be one giant moan about the Vanu. The TR we never seem to have a problem with though.

Same here, we always talking about VS.

Oh and everyone...apparently? Not sure where it is from exactly, but good to save up any future SC purchases for this!

Awesome news!

I think I buy $50 worth of SC and that give me 15000SC which should be enough to buy everything in the game for my TR account.

Wise words. Don't use earned Certs to buy weapons. Invest a small amount of cash and unlock. Use your earned Certs to upgrade the abilities of your primary class, and vehicle.

I primarily play Heavy Assault and Engineer. I find the Vanu starting HA weapon fantastic so didn't feel the need to upgrade. I did however change my Engineer SMG to one with a higher rate of fire. That gun melts faces.

I have used cash to upgrade the weapons on my Scythe and Lightning. I love my Lightning using the high explosive aoe rounds. Sit back and fire at NC/TR fools in groups and wipe them out. Awesome for dealing with ground troops.

Oh and the obligatory Vanu>TR/NC dogs;p

The T9 CARV (Stock) nerf has severely harmed TR's Heavy Assault. Even with my level 5 nanite shield, forward grip and reflex sight I'm struggling to win fights that were almost guarenteed victories before.

The weapon swap time is so slow that it's quicker for a VS to hop in a magrider, fire the cannon and then hop out to shoot their LMG.

Does TR have anything that's marginally better than the other factions any more? (Besides the pistol which I never use)

Edit: I rolled VS just to see what it was like just now. Light assault, BR1 and I massacred people for 20 minutes. Damned Vanu are easy mode. It did feel nice to have a gun that actually shoots where you point it...

I got whined at for saying the same thing, but it was just like that.
I tried a HA Vanu and was mowing people left and right, aiming was SO much easier.

Just checked and i get a maximum of 24fps :D

[Rendering]
GraphicsQuality=2
TextureQuality=3
ShadowQuality=2
RenderDistance=999999.000000
Gamma=0.000000
MaximumFPS=1000
UseLod0a=1
OverallQuality=-1
LightingQuality=1
EffectsQuality=1
TerrainQuality=1
FloraQuality=1
ModelQuality=1
VerticalFOV=55
ParticleLOD=0
ParticleDistanceScale=0.650000
FogShadowsEnable=0
MotionBlur=0
VSync=0

I now get 70+ fps with these settings at a reasonably busy warp gate :) Time to check in the big battles!

Agreed ^ ^

Had a quick blast of this earlier on and is a lot of fun, however I do tend to die quite a lot. Only issue I do find is working out who is friendly and who is the enemy :p

It felt really nice to play, I wish TR was more like Vanu in terms of 'bullets going where you actually point your gun'. Rather than looking down the scope, pulling the trigger only to hear the bullet trundle out of the end of the barrel and make a pathetic 'plop' sound as it lands on the floor.

I've uninstalled the game for now, mainly because a lot of my certing was around the Heavy + CARV. Without that I've basically lost 60+ hours of certs and have no option to get another gun through certs. Ho hum!

Seems a bit of a waste to give up instead of adapting to your gun. Basically it appears that you are quitting since your gun is no longer OP. Which it was.

Adapt, and learn. Plus 60 hours of Certs should be sufficient to allow you to have enough spare after leveling up your Heavy Assault to spec up another class and vehicle:)

Get back to shooting those Vanu. Except for me of course:D

Just managed to wipe out a group of 8 TR by placing 2 proximity mines close together in a Bio control point. Love those mines. Easy kills.

Engineer is slowly becoming my favorite over my heavy assault. Still can't fly very well though;p
