Just got back from a weekend seaside break and about spat my tea out over my laptop...!!!!! :eek:

May I say welcome to next gen gaming :p - LOL. But seriousley, I would ask you to eat humble pie but you never did to me when I got a 360 so shall we call it quits ;)

P.S. add me and maybe we can have a challange one day to settle any old differences in the game arena :D

i just got mine this weekend

bought Motorstorm and Call of Duty 3 (dont have a wII or 360)

i thought i'd get bored with those 2, till i discovered the free downloads. Lemmings rox !!

having good fun with the Gran Turismo HD trial too.

just need a HD tv to play it on

Anyway my ID is unoriginally, MrLOL and its a Euro PS3.

Thankyou and i also appreciate what Joebob was saying and even with all the silly spats on here i will gladly play with anyone on here.

I will stive give my views on the stupid things Sony do say and imo problems they have. PSN for instance has a long way to go as does missing features on the PS3 that live offers.

Still its different and has some of its own benifits...

Got myself a ps3 had this a few days; awesome bit of kit.
tbh but no PS3 friends (billy no mates) and being a PC head don’t know anyone with a PS3 other than my brother.
I’ve always resisted playing fps on a console but after seeing Resistance: Fall Of Man (PS3) I’m re-thinking this the only thing is I know my PC fps days will be over if I start to use a pad to play fps (something alien to me tbh un-natural about using pads) anyhow im early 30's looking for some mature online gaming friends.

the ranks continue to grow, it is amazing considering the negative publicity even on these forums since the day it was announced, truly is a tasty piece of kit

Every console has had a lot of negativity around it prior to launch. Everyone hated the Xbox360 prior to launch and the Wii was widely regarded as too much of a gimmick.
 
People were really looking forward to the Playstation3, the only time any animosity came towards it was everytime Ken Kutaragi opened his mouth.

Oh yes your on the right track but dont leave out the lovable mr aghh aghh aghh aghh you know who i mean.

Sony now that they have landed need to put up and shut up, back to business and in this game thats quality games and a much larger selection of movies...
