Er wot ? As from tommorrow all PS3 will retail for 100E, $100 perhaps £100 less than they do now, In a certain shop its £250 now with 2 games and a BD. The 60GB PS3 was £425 at launch so its about half price with 2 games. No pleasing some people is there :D

Highly doubt it. Something that big they would have mentioned. To it sell it more more than anything.
 
Hmm the slim will be 299 euros. Thats ~£250. So more like rrp £280 because of the "recession" (rip off britian more like!) So it will be ~£250 in the shops, (the console) maybe less with bundles. Good deal, that about the same as the other consoles with accessories etc, good if you would use as blu ray player.

Its made me realise how over priced the psp go is :/ The same price for both. I bought the original psp on launch day 4 years ago for 200 as a bundle and the price has gone up and has lost a key feature in the umd drive(Has gained the 16gb memory but couldve bought from a memory stick) Silly tbh :/.

ur fogetting we have a different pricing system and also VAT


so like i said. slim will be £300 and fat £250

they think we are dumb in the UK. so they gives us extortionate prices

THe old price for the PS3 was 399E, $399 and £299, using this as a guide then it could be 299E, $299 and £199. I still think £250 ish with a game or two for the slim seems a good deal.
 
The RRP of the PS3 now is £299 and no major retailer is giving a discount of more than £20. The new RRP will be something like £279.

you've completely missed the mark, we are just comparing the prices. no one has said its going to cost... in pounds going by dollars or yen.

fair enough. but i hate when dollars,yen.euro get mentioned and uk get left in the dark,

im just going by how they did their pricing with psp etc

ive checked retailers and nothing yet

the launch is less than 2 weeks away.

That more to do with the fact that no one trades in pounds anymore, not done for a long while. Most companies use either $ yen or Euros. Also those who are moaning about price dont forget the extra 40Gb HDD included to bring it up to 120 now
