I regret to inform you that only R9 290, R7 260 and 7790 are capable of supporting True Audio. Its a DSP built into the gpu i believe and older GCN 1.0 cards don't have the chip.

Yeah True Audio is listed as a feature on the R7 260 page oat OcuK.
