it's been an expensive month for books!

Very nice. I need to buy a record player again as I stupidly got rid of mine a few years back. :(

Oh, and nice album on the top. ;)

I'd recommend it. :) Not sure I can explain it, but there's something very satisfying to me with putting a record on, actually sitting and listening to one half, then turning it over and repeating the process. :p For some reason I don't quite get the same feeling from just whacking some MP3s on. No idea why though. :o

If only I could shake the "must by more" part of it. :p

Nice cans. ;)

Very. Been exceptionally chuffed with them since getting them. :D

You can get Easy A for £6 on BR, why didn't you?

My bad I guess. Not too fussed. Easy A isn't a film that I MUST have on blu-ray but for an extra £1 it would have been nice.

Got the films for £5 each though and lost my DVD copy of In Bruges and never seen Fear and Loathing.

Watched Easy A last night, had quite a few lols actually :) FYI, Emma Stone isn't actually a red head

I wrote my a-level coursework on Monty, ripped him to pieces and got an A for it. Went to uni, second year I done a WW2 module and I done a presentation along the same sort of lines, needless to say I'd upset a whole room of Monty fans.

haha, oops, I had a quick flick through the end of the book (currently around page 100) and I think although the author starts off portraying BM in a positive light by the end he's shown as a very different character.

certainly made a few blunders post africa, at least in my opinion anyway. I have always had a great deal more empathy for the german army commanders toward the end of the war, they were expected to do a whole lot with a whole lot of nothing.
