***Official Tropico 4 Thread***

I'd reccomend 4 over 3 if you've never played 3.

IF you can find it cheap. Because the performance in 4 is much better than 3, 3 can be laggy when panning the view and zooming but no such problems in 4.

I'm playing it atm and having a lot of fun, its nice to play a relatively stress free game for a change.
 
Loving Tropico 4, picked up in a sale a few weeks back, just got round to playing.

Some things make little sense. Builders are an ****** nightmare, which little to no reasoning to wether they're going to build something or not. It's still unclear if mines should be placed on, or next to, deposits.

Brilliant game, just wish there was more support in terms of community with answers.
 
I agree the builders are very slack. You can give something top build priority and it can still takes years to get built. Still a very addictive game and I have also clocked up about 25 hrs since it was on sale a couple of weeks ago :)

Next to the deposit, although it rarely makes a difference either way.
