Games written solely for the PS3 really are very impressive. I've only played for around 45 minutes or so, but it already feels classier than just about anything else in this genre :)
 
Been playing this since it dropped through my letterbox pretty much non-stop, switching between single and multiplayer. Got up to chapter 15. Don't want too, but I have to stop now, need to do some other stuff!

Damn, it's awesome!

Probably the best console game this generation imo!
 
Anyone else noticed a little white triangle that flashes at the bottom right of the screen (like missing polygons) when they camera is turned?
 
Yeah noticed them also.

I'm upto chapter 22 atm.

I've got work in the morning :( didn't want to turn it off lol.
 
I'm glad I stopped the playing the beta when I got to level 15 seen as the rank didn't carry into the full game!So much for getting $80000 or whatever it was if you had an uncharted save game.
Haven't played single player yet,will do over the weekend.
Just had a quick go on multiplayer.I'm liking the new levels.Especially the lost city.

Yep, i'm on to something like chapter 20. The game is amazing, probably the best game i have played since this console generation started.
 
Wow i am only on chapter 6, the game is awesome though. Been a lot of variety so far and the story is very good also.

But ... When i got to the town bit (chapter 5 or 6) on one of the cutscenes the speech did not play. Luckily i had the subtitles on so i was still able to follow the story.
Anyone else had this? I seem to remember the first Uncharted sometimes had this too.
 
Must finish OFP soon to trade in for this! Glad it's getting such a good reception. Maybe this will turn into the keeper for MP that OFP was supposed to be.
 
Had a few m8s try to convince me to get OFP lastnight for MP instead of this but having read the reviews of OFP there is not a chance i'll be buying that over this. Roll on Friday. :D
 
Last night I was actually dreaming about looking for treasures!
I might hop into the MAG beta tonight, as much as I want to play UC:AT, I know full well I'll be gutted once I've clocked it.
So maybe I can eke it out for a bit longer if I take breaks by playing other games, I have all of tomorrow to play it anyway.
I'm desperate to see the storyline progress though!
 
Reached level 20 last night. Amazing so far, only sleep made me stop :)

Haven't noticed this polygon/clipping thing in the bottom corner. I spun the camera furiously to try and see it but that corner is normal for me (Is it possible that it is right in the corner and TVs that overscan miss it?). In Uncharted 1 spinning the camera led to screen tearing. I can honestly say that there is no tearing at all in this game in the 20 levels I have played :).

Noticed a lipsync issue in one of the cutscenes. Normally the lips move in time to the english speech but this seemed off by about a second. Paused the game and resumed, and it fixed it.

To get the Uncharted 1 save money, you need to go to the store in the Single Player game. Then you can do a game save check and then you get money added to your total. It can be used in either SP or MP mode, but it is unlocked in SP mode, which is why you have not seen it yet. It is 20K for an existing U1 save game, and another 80K if that is a completed game. So I got 100k in total.
