**Official Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Thread**

ffs, just a warning to people, don't look up any of the mythological stuff on wikipedia. I searched for the Cintamani stone to see if it was a myth before Uncharted 2 came along, turns out it was but it also had a nice scentence at the end outlining the ending of the game.

I've still not finished this (just got to chapter 21 IIRC) but I can already say that this is my GOTY - it's just simply an awesome experience :)

If so, then it happened to me there too!

Excellent game though, will be selling on straight away though to get maximum re-sell value, may pick it up again when it goes platinum to go for the rest of the trophies.
 
I dont know how i am going to do it but i want to finish off uncharted 1 before starting this so i better get serious gaming this afternoon methinks , good that most people think it is as good as the reviews etc .
 
anyone else playing through the 1st one? bought it platinum last week and I love it. Started playing it on hard and it's really challenging, great story line/characters. Think im up to chapter 18 or so.

Can't wait for to get the 2nd one!

I bought the first one about 1 year ago...I haven't even played it yet :o
 
Finished it last night and it's blown me away.

One of my favourite gaming experiences, it's unfortunate it's so hard to stop playing though as I'd have liked to drag the enjoyment out over more than just a day.

Top class game though, and the online is also VERY enjoyable.
 
Finished it earlier and must say it's one of the best games I've ever played. Playing multiplayer now but I'm a bit dissapointed you can't view stats, is there/will there be a website where you can view your playing statistics?

Replace my PSN id with your PSN id and you should see your stats. I am not 100% how accurate they are or what they count. I am certain I have only played 1 Deathmatch game and mainly co-op. I think it counts co-op as well, although I have not completed a level yet so I think it counts them all as wins, for some silly reason.

I will be on this after my tea, didn't wanna come off last night but had to be up at half 5 for work! How does the co-op mode work? Is it random missions or actual story missions? Didn't wanna touch it incase they ruined the story.
 
I finished uncharted 1 about a hour ago and only need 4 trophies for it so i will get stuck into this now :D , seems it isnt taking people that long to finish i thought the second game had a longer single player or are people just putting loads of hours into it ???

Took me a little over 11 hours to finish it on hard, but I only managed to find 27 treasures as they seem to be hidden away a lot more than in the first one.
 
Really enjoying the game but had a few annoying moments;

Often throwing grenades from behind cover results in the grenade sticking on the cover rather than going over it and you have to dive out of the way.

Had a random piece of train kill me on the train ride level.

Somehow managed to jump on to a handhold and get stuck on the other side of the wall so I was stuck out the map!
