My first foray into benching.. Got my Asus 7970 platinum today, running stock with I5 2500k, also stock.
was expecting a bit more to be honest.
All seems to add up, not bad at all for a stock 2500K and stock 7970 Matrix Platinum
Surely he must have checked other results and noticed
by how much he'd beaten the previous high score by
In fairness, maybe virtuMVP was running and hence the high score. Maybe he does not know about how it works.

Stock i3 3220 and GTX 660 with a small overclock on it. Not pushed the card yet to see what it can do but even with these clocks it's gained 90 points in Heaven over stock.

Only thing is that with the dynamic boost it often goes above what is shown in GPU-Z. I have seen 1160mhz+ for extended periods in Afterburner when benchmarking and gaming.

Don't want the score submitted, was just testing the latest 12.11betas with 12.11 cap2 at 1200/1650mhz on my 7970

A bit low isn't it? i got 2100 with my 7950 at 1150/1375 with 12.11 Beta 11.

It's my everyday 24/7 clock speed, want to try and beat it with your 7950?
1150/1375 is my 24/7 overclock and i get 2100 with that which is why your 7970 getting that score at 1200/1650 seems a bit low to me.

CCC is all at defaults, only thing i changed after install was scaling for my HDMI screen.

Re-run it, exactly the same settings, only thing I can think of is maybe I had something running in the background
Just got 2050 with 7970 1100/1500
Max temps 65C what temps are you guys getting?
I had a stutter in the tunnel thats when it dropped the FPS to stupid 13, is this normal?

I want to have a go at this benchmark with my HD 7970s when I get the time, I missing all the fun.
