Thats extraordinary, and a bit Strange TBH, you have matched a similar clocked 7950, and i can't better my old score on the same drivers with a Tahiti LE.

Anything different from the 270 to the 7870 its based on?

Its the first one of the Pitcairn / Tahiti revamp, i have nothing to base it on.

Its on the board. :)

Well, i've run it a couple of times since and can't get above 1250 so i'm guessing it was a freak result.
 
i7 4770k @ 4.5Ghz
GTX 780 SLI @ GPU 1130MHz Boost but actually boosts to 1202MHz, and 1715MHz memory.

All crammed into a dinky little air cooled Silverstone SG10. :D
