@anuraj, Netherlands reviewing site actually, and if you haven't already, dispute the claim - they seem to be pretty infamous for pulling this nonsense.

Where it gets complicated is say if the actual creators of the game also filed a claim, you can't just dispute Sanoma's, the system forces you to dispute both.
From what I understand, it's an automated process, and what triggers it is the game intro.
Basically Scumona.nl do their review, include the game intro, and then claim the entire thing is all their own original work.
Youtube sees your video, sees the intro and flags it as having breached Scumona's copyright. Later videos are unaffected because they don't have the same stuff in them.
