Hey folks, I'm pretty new at overclocking, been having a go for the last few months and getting mixed results trying to get over 4.5 with an i7 2700k came across this guide a while back -

and seemed to be getting good results, just curious as to if the folks here have any comments on the settings listed only seems to be a few listed under the guide- good/bad/anything better?
