Well It's true, there are barely any black or other tinted people in Poland, I go there every year for 2-4 weeks and last I've only seen 2 on my whole holiday while I stayed in the heart of Warsaw ( grandma lives pretty much in the city center), thousands of people but nearly no dark colored people at all. Purely adjusting ads to demographics...
