this has been the best week ever!! and you can all be jealous of me, starting now!

Saturday: Drove to Liverpool with 2 of the forum's finest members to meet up with another and go for an absolutely fantastic night of great food (crap service), great company, great music, and DANCING!!

Sunday: Go bowling (in wrong bowling alley first...PHIL!!) with the remnants of the previous night's OcUK contingent. say tearful goodbyes (who am i trying to kid!?) then drive home with aforementioned "fine members", on a high because of the whole fantastical meet wonderment.

Monday: work. post-meet blues. ugh.

Tuesday: More work, kitten_caboodle promises balloon lion. i get excited about baloon lion prospect, go home, get call from awesome new girl. go to awesome new girl's house in Birmingham. have fantastical evening :)

Wednesday: More work. First time ever driven to work and had to use a motorway. feel like proper commuter. realise this would cost me a fortune if i had to do it every day. ironically return to Birmingham that evening for more fun with the new girl.

Thursday: Day off \o/ Go shopping in birmingham with new girl. Buy awesome shirt (Brynn's fault...it's flannel :D) and best boxer shorts in the world (they have an x-men comic strip on. (yes yes, comic book and clothing obsession!)) go back to new girl's place and watch best film ever (Requiem for a Dream) leave new girl's place at 9pm to go and see human-beatbox band in a pub Evesham. words cannot describe how awesome they are. get too excited over sheer talent in the 3 people on stage and almost have to leave early because am fearing a panic attack. stay til end anyway and perfectly conclude best day off ever. Ferris Bueller can kiss my bottom!! :D

all of you can now be glad for me, because i deserve a good time. thanks for reading :D

edit: you couldnt really see it too well in that pic though. i am right aren't i? that pattern is called flannel? i just assumed it was.
 
yeah, it's kinda flannely then. although it/i looks/look nothing like that guy. although i really wish i did.

funnily enough, Evesham is pretty much half way between them. we have a McDonalds, Travelodge and a trendy night-spot. what more could you ask for?! :p

Hmm, there's only really Gloucester, Cheltenham or Worcester that's noteworthy between Birmingham and Bristol (well, maybe Tewkesbury). Neither of them are particularly appealing :/
