Rubbish mate, it could be anything. There could be a rod through the side of the block for all you know and it's spewing oil all over the top. Is there any mayo in that oil he's got. Bet it's hgfJust to confirm, 9/10 times this will simply be rocker cover gasket gone, simple to replace.
Had it on mine, 1 & 4 were clean, 2 & 3 were oil covered. Changed rocker cover gasket, left it for a few weeks, checked them, clean as a whistle.

The ST205 DOES crack blocks for fun. I misread the OP and assumed that the oil was not just pooling around the spark plugs.
My ST205 block cracked - 2" down the 2/3 wall. How did I know? It overheated twice in 6 months for about 10 seconds at a time each time, not *really* something that points to a crack in most other cars![]()
