I am trying to keep to my £850 budget but have gone over it by a little, which isn't too much of a problem, but I would like to keep it down. I am happy with pretty much everything, but have a few questions I'd like clearing up before I order tonight!

1) The MSI board is currently ETA, does ANYONE know when its due!??!

2) The Antec Kúhler H2O 620 is a good option and deal, but is there a cheaper air cooler option which is quiet and will allow me to do 4.6GHz overclocking?

TY

1) No idea, you could drop the shop a webnote if you want but Ive found in the past often they cant be sure either, personally Id get one of these
2) The Gelid Tranquilo will save you £15 and perform nicely

Dunno, seem you could spend your money elsewhere... If you have a budget, a big SSD is a big chunk of it, that you could spend on everything else. If you have a hard drive, I'd roll with that for a while, or maybe a 64GB drive. That means you can get a better mobo (P8Z68-V), and bits and bobs, or keep it towards your original budget.

Yea a 64GB SSD would be good to cut down on money, I have an external HD I could use for the time being until 6Gb/s prices drop...

I'm kind of hooked on this Gen 3 board, seems a lot better and pretty future proof (PCI Gen 3 slots) etc

Looks a very solid setup. You can opt for the Gelid Tranquilo to save a few quid but obviously the performance won't be quite as good as the Antec. Opting for the OEM version of the i5 2500k will also save a fiver or so. It comes without a cooler but you won't be using the stock one anyway. I use a 64GB SSD and it's plenty for me, but you don't want to skimp now only to realise you need the extra space later. You know if you're likely to fill the drive so go for what's best for your needs.

EDIT: Just found out in another thread, the OEM comes with only a one year warranty not 3 like the retail version so the retail is probably worth the extra fiver. Sorry for any confusion!

with pre-order/out of stock items the whole order gets held up until that item comes into stock.
