i have an 2180@3ghz and 4gb ram 8800gt and all was hunky dory on xp64 trial
now i can be fine for ages then it starts to freeze for a couple of seconds when i am just doing desktop stuff and web it will freeze for couple of secs every 20 secs or so. I reboot and all is good again until the next time.
pc was running fine with vista but started to do it with that OS I then had trouble with that HD and it started to hang on boot then refused to boot then refused to let me install OS on disk so I bined it. now I am starting to get the same problem on differnt HD and XP64.
any ideas, its not to hot

I have ran memtest for 5 hrs with no errors ram at 900mhz 5-5-5-12
