I've recently just built myself a new pc, however my new motherboard only has one IDE slot which is now occupied by my DVD/RW. I had a 300gb Seagate Baracuda in my old pc which contains most of my media, so I got myself a converter that clicks into the ide port of my hdd and them into the sata part of my motherboard. The hard drive itself gets power and you can hear it moving but it will not detect in the bios, so I put it into my ICYBOX and it works fine. I can access it and get all my files, is there any other form of converter/cable that I could use so I can have my 300GB hdd running internally rather than my icybox.
Thanks
