ssd is the best quality-of-life improvement for a computer
ryzen 2600 comes with a cooler so don't need to bother with another cooler just yet. your noctua won't fit as it doesn't come with the mountings for AM4 socket.

careful with that satellite case its very small, check the motherboard dimensions in the case description, you would be better to use an ITX board in that case. it is very compact though, your psu might not fit in it either..
