Since I've got a new PC I still have my old one, which nobody in my family wants and is sitting here doing nothing.

The PC was pre-built for a different online retailer, here are the specs:
- "Gangster mid" case
- MSI K9A2GM V2
- AMD Athlon 7850 BE
- Palit 3850 super
- G.Skill f2-6400cl5s (2x2GB)
- LG IDE DVD

What do you guys think, can you think of anything good to do with it?

HTPC, file server, distrubuted computing rig are a few quick suggestions

Not interested in it being an HTPC, can watch what I want on the TV or through my current PC.

No need for file server.

With a 2.8 dual core I don't think I'll be going anywhere fast with the distributed computing ^^, would be more beneficial to donate money than waste electric on that :P

Cheers for your help guys... I think I'm going to sell the motherboard, ram, processor and graphics card. Don't think I'm going to sell the case (they only sell for about 30 new) and I don't want to be selling somebody a power supply if it's going to blow their computer up ^^

Just keep the psu as a spare for testing and such.
