Old Dell Optiplex GX260 - Which RAM?

I'm currently using an old Dell Optiplex GX260 Computer. Specs/Tech info here - http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/opgx260/en/index.htm

I've only got 512MB RAM at the moment, but I want to put the PC on Windows 7 so I want to upgrade to 2 X 1GB RAM.

I'm sure I'll need DDR RAM, but which type of DDR RAM will I need?

Maximum 2GB capacity.

200 and 266 megahertz (MHz) double-data rate (DDR) synchronous dynamic random-access memory (SDRAM).

As long as both modules are the same, it doesn't matter. 266 is faster so that is preferred. If buying new then strongly consider whether it is worth doing. Even after the upgrade the whole system inc RAM will barely be worth the cost of the new RAM.

It will be sold as PC1600 (200MHz) or PC2100 (233MHz).

Make sure you get non-ECC memory and not ECC which is designed for servers.
