Old French git in a barrel

He is really a flat earther and his secret mission is to be the 1st one over the edge. For years his secret organisation has been testing prototypes at Niagara Falls now its time to show the world they weren't crazy after all.

A few. Some survived.

The first person to do so is claimed to have said "Nobody ought ever do that again" when they were fished out. On the list of "stupid, pointless and probably fatal things", it's right up there with poking a sleeping bear with a short stick.

Satellite tracking to the rescue.

Looking at his position over the past 6 days he's averaging 1.4mph which sounds reasonable. He's currently 2000 miles from landfall in Anguilla, an island east of Puerto Rico (not sure if that is his closest island). Assuming he makes perfect course at the current speed he should be there in 60 days. That would put him at roughly 3.5 months alone in his barrel.
 
It should be getting more news coverage than a lost plane with some footballer at the bottom of the sea.
 
I've played Raft which is basically a simulator of this. He's going to need lots of twigs and seaweed if he's to make it.



(I wonder if Deliveroo would deliver to him? I imagine a nice seafood platter would go down well, he can look at all the fishies and laugh at them whilst eating their family)
